SHIPPING POLICY

When you make an order with us, we know you want your stuff as quickly as possible so you can get out on the track and we will do our best to make that happen!

Ohvale motorcycles are built to order at the Ohvale factory near Venice, Italy. When an order is placed we provide an estimated timeline of when delivery can be expected. This timeline can change due to various circumstances such as production delays stemming from parts availability or even pandemics! Ohvale works diligently to get bikes to all of our customers as soon as possible. Typical lead time on all new bike orders is 6-8 weeks.

In regards to all Ohvale parts, accessories, and tires, we strive to carry stock, to keep all of our customers on track, in our warehouse in Pennsylvania. For anything we do not have in stock, we will work closely with Ohvale SRL in Italy to have it stateside as soon as possible. We can also offer the option to have it shipped directly from Ohvale in Italy, at the buyers expense, if it is urgent.

Items will have availability status shown on the product page; if there is an unforeseen issue with availability we will contact you promptly after your order is placed.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss due to customs, shipping company error, or mishandling but we will work with our customers and the shipping companies to correctly handle any of these situations.

Please allow 2-3 days for all orders to be processed and shipped. We try to have orders shipped the same day but this cannot always happen if we are traveling for races or events.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales of Ohvale motorcycles are final. Any deposits placed for an Ohvale motorcycle are non-refundable. You may return MOST new, unopened items (parts/accessories), which were not special orders, within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that were opened, used, missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

An exchanged item must be identical to the item purchased, in a larger or smaller size. Only the first exchange is free. Buyer pays shipping costs. All other reasons for exchange including color, model etc. will be subject to the standard return policies.

Any and all return requests are subject to approval and are on a case by case basis. We do strive to take care of our customers whenever possible!
